- CONGRATULATIONS! Sensei Nigel, Sensei Matt, Lauren and Nathan for passing their Dan Gradings on Monday 15th August. Thank you to Ken Tsai for coming down and doing the grading along with a kata and a kumite class 🙂 was a very good day enjoyed by all.

- January 2016 Strike Zone Karate club brings home a haul of medals after a great competition, well done to all that took part, for most it was their first ever competition!
