Congratulations to everyone that passed their Karate Grading on 3rd September 2016! and to Niko for getting the Zanchin award! well trained everyone! Look out for other grading news and future events.

CONGRATULATIONS! Sensei Nigel, Sensei Matt, Lauren and Nathan for passing their Dan Gradings on Monday 15th August. Thank you to Ken Tsai for coming down and doing the grading along with a kata and a kumite class 🙂 was a very good day enjoyed by all.

January 2016 Strike Zone Karate club brings home a haul of medals after a great competition, well done to all that took part, for most it was their first ever competition!

18/12/15 – New air source heat pump fitted to upstairs dojo.

27/05/15 – Tae Kwon Do returns to Strike-Zone.

5th July 2011 – Strike zone is now officially open having gained approval from Lincoln City Council Building Control.
